Client — an individual who has registered on the website https://smmrockets.com and agreed to the terms of the public offer, these Terms of Service, as well as consented to the processing of personal data.
Advertised Resource — the link provided by the Client when placing an order.
Remote Service — the formation and execution of instructions to perform operations and/or the processing of the Client's orders via the Service's contact center (by telephone, through the website, email, chats, SMS, or push notifications).

1.2. The use of the service is possible only after familiarizing yourself with these Terms. Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and the User Agreement.
1.3. The Service is not responsible for the loss or unauthorized use of your login and password. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to restrict remote service in case of violation of these Terms or the User Agreement. In case of violation, the Client's account may be blocked without notice.
1.5. The Client is responsible for the advertising materials and links provided. Any damage, including financial loss due to an incorrectly placed order or the use of erroneous links, will not be compensated.
2.1. The Advertised Resource must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, particularly advertising laws. It is prohibited to advertise resources that contain: exaggerated or unsupported promises; incomplete publications intended to attract attention to a service/product; shock content, pornography, and topics related to child sexuality; military-related content with insults or publications of the wounded/deceased; casinos, gambling, financial pyramids, sports or esports betting, predictions, and investment schemes (except for poker); dubious income-generating methods; loans, credit, and mortgages (except for reputable resources); intimate products of questionable efficacy (except for classic items from sex shops); websites that copy the interfaces of well-known resources (banks, social networks, government services, etc.); alcohol and tobacco (except for electronic cigarettes that are not sold remotely); narcotic substances; malicious websites that spread viruses or engage in SMS fraud; services related to prostitution, webcam, escort services, or finding sexual partners; boosting services for social networks and websites, as well as mutual promotion; hacking services for websites, social networks, email accounts, etc.; websites offering spam distribution or mass invitations; medical services for artificial termination of pregnancy; anabolic steroids and products with effects similar to steroids; materials inciting illegal actions, violence, or cruelty; resources without a defined theme.
2.2. Orders that do not comply with these rules will be blocked, and the Client's access to the personal account and fund withdrawals will be restricted.
2.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse the placement of an order if the Advertised Resource does not comply with the overall advertising policy or the Administration's views.
2.4. The Service may refuse orders from competing services or websites operating in a similar field.
2.5. No guarantees are provided against protective measures by social networks regarding boosting, except for the guarantee period specified in the service description.
2.6. Services are provided 'as is' in accordance with these Terms and the User Agreement.
2.7. For orders with a guarantee, the activity statistics on the Advertised Resource at the time of order placement are recorded.
2.8. For restoring activity under guarantee, only the statistics recorded at the time of the order are taken into account.
2.9. Restoration of activity does not apply if the actual activity is lower than that recorded at the time of the order.
3.1.1. The simultaneous creation of multiple orders with identical parameters and the same link is prohibited. Only one order per Advertised Resource is allowed; a new order may be placed only after the previous order's status has changed to 'Completed' or 'Partially Completed'.
3.1.2. Orders for resources with restricted privacy settings are not allowed. The Advertised Resource must be publicly accessible.
3.1.3. Orders for resources without a primary photo (avatar) are not accepted.
3.1.4. Orders for pages with fewer than five publications are not permitted.

4.4. If the Client's account is blocked for violating these Terms while an order is in progress, transferring the order to another account is not provided.
4.5. The Service does not guarantee that the ordered service will be completed within the specified time frame; this depends on the order volume and the number of active orders in the system.
4.6. Order statuses and additional information may be updated with a delay. Current statistics are available on the Advertised Resource.
4.7. The Service guarantees order fulfillment but does not guarantee subscriber interaction or other expected outcomes from boosting.
4.8. Only one order per Advertised Resource is allowed; a new order may be placed only after the previous one is completed.
4.9. The Advertised Resource must be open and accessible to all users. An order may be canceled if the resource has incorrect privacy settings.
5.0. The Client cannot cancel an order independently if it has already been launched or is in progress.
5.1. The Service reserves the right to change prices and service conditions, as well as to hide services from the catalog. The Client must monitor the current conditions on the SMMRockets website.
5.2. Only technical support or the Service operator is authorized to make the final decision in dispute situations.
5.3. The Client agrees not to contest the final decision of the Service or the authorized support operators.
5.4. Multiple duplicate inquiries to the support service may result in account blocking.
6.1. For the fulfillment of its obligations, the Service may engage third parties.
6.2. The Client consents to the processing and transfer of personal data, including order data, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data' dated July 27, 2006.
6.3. The personal data provided by the Client is used solely for the fulfillment of the Service's obligations.
6.4. The Client consents to receiving service and informational messages from the Service via email, SMS, and other channels.
6.5. The Service waives all warranty obligations if the Client uses third-party services for boosting before or after placing an order.
6.6. In the event of order cancellation, the funds are automatically returned to the Client's internal balance.
6.7. The Client may use the internal balance to pay for orders.
6.8. Refunds from the internal balance to the Client's payment method are possible only if the full payment amount is available; partial refunds are not permitted.
7.1. Any communications containing profanity or offensive content will be ignored. Repeated violations may result in account blocking.
7.2. The Client is responsible for monitoring any changes to these Terms and will bear the consequences of non-compliance.
7.3. If the Client disagrees with the changes to these Terms, they must cease using the website and the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7.4. The Service and support operators reserve the right to terminate communication with the Client if ethical norms are violated.
