• consents to the processing of their personal data provided as part of the information in the online applications for the purpose of concluding and subsequently performing this Agreement;
• expresses unconditional consent to the processing of personal data without any reservations or limitations, including the actions provided for in paragraph 3, part 1, Article 3 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and confirms that they provide such consent voluntarily and knowingly.
• processing the personal data necessary for providing and rendering services to the User;
• creating, analyzing, and monitoring the client database;
• informing the User about contests, promotional events, Website news, as well as new products, services, promotions, and special offers;
• notifying the User about various events.
The Website Administration is entitled to process personal data by entering it into electronic databases, compiling lists (registers), and internal reporting forms. Such processing may be carried out using automated means as well as manually.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User also agrees to receive informational and/or promotional messages via telephone (in the form of SMS messages) and/or via email from the Website Administration.
By agreeing to this Agreement, the User grants the smmrockets.com Service an indefinite and unconditional consent to process their personal data, including through collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, and use using automated means, including in information and telecommunication networks.
