2.12 The cost of placing information materials also depends on the rates established by the User of the smmrockets.com Service.
2.13 The Administration reserves the right to reject any information material without providing reasons.
2.14 The Administration has the right to block a User's account if attempts are made to mask the real IP address (e.g., by using proxy servers, TOR, or similar services).

3.1 An assignment is deemed completed when the Executor places the Client's information material on their page, blog, or other Internet resource on a permanent basis (until the account is removed from the system) or performs another action online according to the specified criteria. The placement of information material by the Executor is done at their own risk. The Administration is not responsible for the material placed by the Service User.
3.2 Users whose pages, blogs, or other Internet resources intended for the placement of the Client's information materials consist entirely of advertising, are auto-generated, have few or no active visitors, or are fake (multiple accounts) are not permitted to use the smmrockets.com Service.
3.3 Monetary rewards and bonuses received by a User who is also a Client for another order may be transferred internally to the Client's account on the Website.
3.4 The Administration reserves the right to change the percentage commission on replenishing the User's internal account.
3.5 The Administration does not refund funds transferred to the account balance in the event of order cancellation or balance replenishment.
4.1 The type and specifics of the information materials placed through the smmrockets.com Service on third-party Internet resources, as well as the conditions of their placement, are determined by the Client via the service's user interface.
4.2 The cost of the services provided cannot be lower than the base cost published on the smmrockets.com Website.
4.3 The collection of statistics on the placement of information materials and providing the Client with access thereto is carried out by the Administration. The statistical information is posted on a secured Internet resource of smmrockets.com.
4.4 The Client gains access to the statistical data and the management interface for the placed materials via a unique login and password chosen independently by the Client.
4.5 The Client is responsible for monitoring any changes in the Executor's details and ensuring the accuracy of payments to the Executor.
4.6 The Client undertakes to: Timely and fully pay for the services rendered by the Executor. - Ensure that the information materials placed do not contain references or links to products or services that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation or the Advertising Law. - Provide information materials for placement that the Client owns or has exclusive rights to under applicable law. - Provide written confirmation of rights to the information materials within three days upon request by the Administration. - If the materials concern products or services with special rules, possess all necessary permits, licenses, or certificates and supply copies thereof upon request. - Familiarize themselves with the official information regarding the maintenance of the smmrockets.com Service, as published on the Website. - Ensure that their pages, as indicated in advertisements, are accessible to all Internet users without harmful software and display correctly in popular browsers without opening more than one pop-up window. - Guarantee that there will be no claims, sanctions, or disputes related to the placement of information materials (advertisements), both before and after execution.
5.1 The provisions of this Public Offer are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any matters not regulated by this Public Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
5.2 In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the execution of this Public Offer, the User and the Administration will endeavor to resolve them through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the law of the Russian Federation.
5.3 This Public Offer becomes effective for the User upon their acceptance as described in clause 2.2 and remains in effect indefinitely.
5.4 If any provision of this Public Offer is found to be invalid or without legal force, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
5.5 The Administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services without explanation and to modify the conditions of service provision in the event of a breach of these terms by the Client.
5.6 Funds paid for services, once rendered, are non-refundable. The method of order execution and the selection of consumers is carried out through advertising, invitations, arbitration, and offers. The owner of the platforms used for placement is either the Service or its partners. In the event that the Client refuses to use the Service, the refund may not exceed 10% of the payment amount (or 60% for orders exceeding $1000 and 70% in case of breach by the Client).
5.7 Payment is made in the currency specified at the time of the transaction, or in rubles according to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation if the parties are residents of Russia. This Agreement terminates: - At the initiative of the Administration in the event of a violation of the terms by the User; - At the initiative of the User upon ceasing to use the Service. If the User decides to terminate the Agreement or receives notice from the Administration, they must immediately cease using the Service.
5.8 The User confirms that they fully understand and accept all the terms of this Agreement without reservation. By paying for services and registering on the smmrockets.com Website, the Customer agrees to all of the above terms and accepts this Public Offer.
